CEO & Founder
Estrella Fitch is the CEO and Founder of The Healing Journey in Yuma, Arizona. Estrella has worked in the field of assisting victims of child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault for 25 years.
Jon R. Smith
Board Chair
Jon Smith is a board member of The Healing Journey and serves as Yuma County Attorney.
Michael Odum
Vice Chairman
Michael Odum is a board member of The Healing Journey and is also pastor of Journey Church in Yuma, Arizona.
Lynda Steyaert
Secretary
Lynda serves as a board member for the Healing Journey as secretary.
Ed Ford
Treasurer
Ed serves as a board member for the Healing Journey because the need for counseling and support doesn’t end with the completion of a trial or the ending of a case. The scars and the healing journey go on long after.
Rosa Long
Board Member
Rosa Long is a board member of The Healing Journey and is the Cocopah Vice President. She also represents the Cocopah Indian Tribe on Ten Tribes Water Partnership (Upper and Lower Basin Tribes) on Five Tribes Water Coalition (Lower Basin Tribes).
Emilie Cortez
Board Member
Emilie serves as a board member for the Healing Journey and is the Regional Director of Girls Scouts.
